Cat- and Dog-Friendly Seattle Tower Apartments
Kinects was designed with pet owners in mind. A manicured dog walk, pet relief area, and wash station are all part of the indoor/outdoor space on the 6th floor. We allow up to two (2) pets per household. Pet rent is $30/pet per month and each pet requires a $300 deposit at move-in.

Pit Bulls
Rottweilers
Presa Canario
German Shepherds
Malamutes
Dobermans
Chowchows
St. Bernards
Great Danes
Akitas
Terriers (Staffordshire)
American Bull Dog
Karelian Bear Dog
Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds
Poisonous Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
Tarantulas
Piranhas
Exotic Animals
Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to, the following:
Reptiles (snakes, iguanas)
Ferrets
Skunks
Raccoons
Squirrels
